ACA Marketplace Rule Template Comments
By HHS’s own estimate, up to 2 million people will lose health care coverage, most of them low income and in non-expansion states. The proposed Program Integrity rule, in case it’s useful for your organizations:
This rule would eliminate the ability of people with DACA to enroll in the Marketplace, limit open enrollment periods, and reduce the value of tax credits that individuals receive to support their coverage, among other changes. The rule has a very short 30-day comment period due April 11, 2025. Your input on the proposed Marketplace Integrity and Affordability rule is important!
